Complainant has misused my blank cheques. What actions can I take?

08-Mar-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hi, I issued few blank cheques one year back to Mathurs since i put a chit fund to them(illegal committee system) and now due to dispute in non-payment they have filed 138 NI case claiming that i took friendly loan of as much as five times the amount and they still have 3 blank cheques left with them. What action(any court complaint or FIR related to breach of trust) can I take and what matter should i use in the complaint against them since they want to settle at the filed amount? I fear they might misuse by giving the cheques to other people too. I should do something before they do more wrong things.

Yes you can go for make a police report against complainant. In the section of 406 IPC or you can go for 482crpc at high court for stay that complaint file with illegal elegation. Or you can show your check is missing somewhere.

Since you have clearly stated that you issued the cheques for an illegal purpose, you can not seek relief from a competent court. You have to bear brunt of your greed and folly.Courts don't help cases related to illegal transactions.
