I have taken 150000 rupees from a finace company I paid dialysis basis and loan amount is clear day for this purpose I have given blonk cheque After one year they present cheques for amount 500000 rupees now they send legal notice now what I can do

When you havr cleared loan its ur duty to take NOC from bank and take back cheque given as security any how u have not done it but givr a strong reply naratting entire facts how u cleared loan in reply and u have to contest thr case strongly rebutting presumption available under 139 of negotiable act do it.

immediately you have to give reply notice to them and asking them to withdraw their notice because you are already cleared loan amount. you can claim compensation for harassment if you have sufficient documents
