Sir mera naam laskhya hai maine payment cash me diya tha akash ko usne mujhe 2 cheque di thi alag alag ammount aur date ki 1cheque maine bounce karwali due to insufficient balance cheque bounce ho gyi Maine usko fir notice ghr pe bhej diya 138 dhara magar ab bhi akash payment nhi de raha hai aur usse court case se darr bhi nhi lag raha hai aur dono cheque ki last month yahi hai wo mujhse keh raha hai agar dusri cheque bank me lagayi to wo mere pr fraud ka case krdega pls mujhe guide kijiye

U need to send legal notice within 30 days of cheque bounce and if he still
Doesn’t pay the amount within 15 days of receipt of notice ..then u need to file 138 complaint in the concerned court from the lapse of 15 days of receipt of notice…I would recommend you to hire an expert advocate asap

Apne friendly loan dia tha, jo ki debt hai apke friend ke liye and apka cheque bounce ho gya aur with in a month apne demad notice bhi bhj dia. Abhi agar woh court case se nahi darr rha hai toh ap age badhiya .. 138 ka case file kijiye aur usko punishment dilwaiyiye, rahi baat apke upar Fraud case krne ki woh apko karna chahiye apne friend ke upar jo ki apka paisa leke misuse kia aur ab lauta nahi rha hai U/S 406 and 420 IPC.
