Chq bounce case , i am a pettioner i want good lawyer

Sir i have filed chq bounce case in Hubli, now accused means person who has taken money from me, since 2022 , is not agreeing to give money in chq, 50000/- in chq amt he saying 30000, and my lawyer now became Notarary so he can not continue case now so i want to give to new lawyer. But i want my chq amt and layer fees paid and interest recovery from my oppsit party. so now i want good lawyer who will close case with my demands and fees of lawyer only after fulfilling my demands. suggest me sir

For a cheque bounce case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, you must act quickly: send a formal demand notice within 30 days of the bounce, wait 15 days for payment, and file a court complaint within the next 30 days if unpaid.

you must appoint a new advocate and you also furnish full details of your case and explain to them what happened over the last advocate representing in your case. if you ready for continue your case you should be fees for new advocate otherwise the or not representing your case in a court.

Dear Sir You need to obtain a No Objection Certificate from your current advocate to engage a new lawyer in Hubli ​Under Bar Council rules in India advocates are legally prohibited from charging contingent fees or success based fees dependent on case results ​Your new lawyer can press the court for full recovery of fifty thousand rupees along with interest and legal costs under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act ​Once you get the NOC your new advocate can file vakalatnama and proceed with the case
