Cheque Return and Concern person not giving money back

I deposited a cheque to the bank which later on got bounce. now, when I try to contact the concern person, he is not answering my call. what action I can take? please advice.
You have to send the concerned person a legal notice as the cheque given by him has bounced and also he is not responding to your calls. You have to approach as soon as possible to a legal and get the legal notice prepared for it

You will have to send legal notice to him through a counsel. calling upon him to return money within 15 days as the cheque given got bounced or you will file case under provisions of Negotiable Instrument Act. 138 case will be field.
