Cheque payment stopped by drawer

Sir My cheque payment is stopped by drawer . this cheque is given as a proof of money that borrowing for some time but after a long my money don't returned .
Pls deposit this cheque in ur account and received dishonour slip from bank and after that issue notice to drawer within 30 days giving 15 days time to him and if he fails to pay that money file case of cheque bounce against drawer

you not written detail your matter, for example which date cheque bounce and you send legal notice in time.. then you file a complaint case for cheque bounce.. second option you file a civil suit for recovery your money..
