I wants to know about if cheque not cleared due to drawers signature incomplete then any illegal action against drawers or not.Help me

Dear Client,
As per you query either you should approach the person concerned and bring this within his knowledge or if he denies to do so, then you are advised to send him a legal notice, even if he fails to reply then a case will be instituted against him u/s 138 N.I. Act.

if the cheque is being dishonored due to signature mismatch/incomplete, a statutory notice within 30 days of bouncing needs to be issued demanding payment of the cheque amount. if no payment is made within the stipulated time of 15 days, complaint u/s 138 N I Act needs to be filed before appropriate court.
