Cheque Issuer had stopped the payment of cheque how to proceed with it

03-Nov-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have submitted a Cheque in another branch within same city, however my home branch is in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. I have sent a Legal Notice for the payment to the issuer, but issuer had not made the payment within 15 days after receving the Notice. I want to file a case of Cheque bounce in the court where Airoli, Navi Mumbai is in Jurisdiction. In which court I will need to file a case? Can you suggest some lawyers?
