how to get my money back In cheque bounce case if buider is abscond from there place, warrant is already issued agianst him from court , too very for my hard earned money.
In this situation you can try to get new address for that builders and you can change that address in your complaint and again issue warrent for his new address or can make service from concern SSP or concern magistrate.
