Cheque has bounced if issuer has changed address where to send notice . Issuer has left rented house we don't know where to send notice as her new address is not known . I know bank where she holds account.

hi, if the issuer of the cheque is not available and absconding, you can send notices to his email id or to his whatsapp number, if he sees that it will be taken as notice served to him. for further enquiry kindly revert back. thanks

Without addressed the person can’t be file any case better lodge the complaint against them for absconded for find out the exact location is the only solution get information more Details contact me thank you

when you file cheque bounce case the address has to be given properly or else without having proper address also you can file case but when case comes for sending the summons or warrant against them by that time you have to give there address if you can't get there address you can approach police station giving her mobile number
