Cheque got bounced which was issued
27-Sep-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had issued a cheque of amt 20 lac but it got bounced and I had given 10 lac against the same through rtgs
Now I had recieved the notice of section 138
The dishonor of cheque is an offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and it is mandatory for the payee to issue a legal notice to the drawer within 30 days from the date of dishonor giving 15 days time to make the payment

You should send a reply to the legal notice immediately within 15 days of receiving the legal notice. If you want to settle the matter then you can also wrote about settling the case and also mention that you had already paid 10lac. For help contact at 98-188-23-868

Kindly give a reply to the notice within 15days to avoid any court proceedings or trying talking to the party and settle the matter with mutual understanding to avoid any court case against urself in case u do not give a reply to the notice with the time period than the person can initiate proceedings against you under sec 142 of NI ACT
