Cheque got bounce what should I do now

Hi there, I have deposited a check in my account but its bounced with NSF twice the owner of check only promised from last 3 months but not receive such payment from him what should i do now should i go for further action against him.

you are hereby advised to give notice by advocate to account holder after that if he failed to pay to you then file case against him in court. if you fail to give notice within thirty days from the date of bounce then please file summary case against him.

Dear...u may initiate further legal action as per law n NI Act against him as d time is running...u hv to send a legal notice to him within a months time of dishonour...hv he initiated u in writing something after first dishonoured???...

Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer to him within 30 days from cheque bounce date and have to ask money back. If he will not refund money then have to file case under negotiable instruments act. For any legal help call me

Hi
In this case you have to send statutory notice to the borrower.
If he fails then you can proceed to criminal procedure under section 138 of negotiable instruments act.
The above procedure has prescribed period of limitation.
