sir my brother was in cricket betting few years back he lost some money and due to coercion of those goons he gave my brothers blank signed cheque to them now he has no money as has no work but those goons are scaring him that we will put your cheque to bank and will sue you what should we do please help really need help please help needy
For what purpose was the cheque given. How many cheques were given and when? There are various other questions which i need to know before i can advise you. But you will have to take quick actions. They should not present the cheque before you take an action.
