Cheque given, but buyer not fulfilling promise

My husband is a casual worker.he gave check of rupees 5000 in favour of Mr.Anup.he has shop of shoes.my husband gave cheque him for shoes. But he don't gave any shoes to us

What type of purchasing you done... mean online or manual. and please give full detail query .... well... if it is only matter of sale n purchased. you may go for consumer forum and file consumer case according to your all facts.

What remedy you are seeking for a cheque of Rs. 5000 or pair of shoes. Your case will depend on this fact. Please justify so that we can go either suit for recovery or breach of contract accordingly. Waiting for further communication.

Madam, always actual facts to be given without giving actual facts i will be not in position to give right opinion, In your case you are saying that your husband is a casual worker then why he will give a cheque to Mr. XYZ. despite all this thing you have to report immediately to police with all facts because Mr.XYZ can use your cheque.
