Cheque bounced case dismissed in session court

Recently 10 days back my cheque bounce was dismissed in session court and i lost my case even in trail court. Will immediate warrant be issued or after 30 days. If i am applying in high court will the case is accepted. How much money i need to deposit in high court if my case is accepted. Can i file a revise petition in session court as my case was dismissed in 8 months
Yes, if a cheque bounce case is dismissed by a trial court (Magistrate court) under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, you can approach the High Court. your remedy against the order of the sessions court is to approach the High Court because you cannot file another revision petition in the sessions court itself The trial court can issue a warrant to execute the sentence immediately and there is no automatic thirty day stay unless granted by the court When you file a revision petition or petition to suspend the sentence in the High Court the court will decide whether to accept it and will likely direct you to deposit a portion of the compensation amount which is often twenty percent or more depending on the discretion of the judge to grant a stay on the warrant

you can file a case before the High court karnataka by challenge trail court/ district court order.
and it will be continued as per law.
if you file after 30 days it can't be admitted before the court. there it is very necessary to file within time.
