Cheque bounce settled in lok adalat

Sir, i am petitioner of a cheque bounce case wherein the opponent and i settled the case in lokadalat for rs 1 lakh. He asked for a time period to repay money as settled in lok adalat. The date is over and he is still not giving money. What can i do now?
Since you have settle the case in lokadalat and you can approach the Same court where the case was earlier pending and informed the judge to reopen the case and conduct for the trial as the accused have not followed the settlement entered upon by him.

once it was settled at loak Adalat, nothing can be done at any point time. you have to wait to receive your money. you may also send a legal notice along with loak Adalat order copy. after you have to wait for your money
