Cheque bounce related to non operating acc

Sir/madam i had closed my bank acc in March 2015 due to o/d loan from other bank... But one of my employee got hold of one cheque which was signed duly but not addressed mostly during cleaning my office after very long time which I was unaware.. He presented the cheque in August 2018 and got a reply.. Acc is closed and had put a 138 ni act... How to respond to him

If you share entire episode I will guide you properly. You can approach High Court directly to get stay and quash the proceedings under section 482 CRPC as it was without consideration. Don’t neglect the matter, cheque bounce cases always ended in conviction if you hire low profile advocate. Take an endorsement from the bank as to on which date your account was closed.

u give reply to his legal notice stating that cheque belongs to 2015 and explain how it came to his hand tell him u have sufficient documents ti rebut and also tell about ur source of income so u have good case contest with good advocate he will win ur case.
