Sir mere tenant ka cheque bounce ho gaya hai rent ka..kya karu?
kab bounce hua ha. bank memo ki date kya ha. bouncing date se 30 din ke ander usko legal notice dijiye. or agar wo next 15 din me apko koi paisa nahi deta ha to ap court me 138 ni act ka case file kar sakte ha. iske liye usko 2 sal ki saja or jurmana dono bhi ho sakta ha.

send your tenant a legal notice through an advocate for payment of rent, if the amount is not paid with 15 days file a case under section 138 of negotiable instruments act 1881.
