Cheque bounce of business customer

Can I take legal action on cheque bouncing by customers after one year from the date of cheque bounce. Amount is in lacs.

If you had communication in line then surely you can take action for the same. Even you can move with recovery of money suit. Work done has to be priced or the transaction Please feel free to reach out directly for further assistance

yes u can take legal action against ur customers. u can file recovery suit with in 3 yrs.u can also file a criminal case against them. how much amount of cheque which u ve bounced. firstly send him a legal notice &give him 15 days time to pay you. if he can't reply then u should complain &file a case
