Cheque bounce of 40 lakhs in Delhi but bounced in Bengaluru. Where to

Sir,
I gave a loan of RS.40,00,000 to "B" in Delhi. "B" gave false & forged documents at the time of availing loan. I presented the cheque at Bengaluru & got bounced. I filed case u/s 138 NI ACT in Bengaluru. Now, where should I file FIR for fraud, forgery, false documents ---in Delhi or Bengaluru? Both station police not accepting the jurisdiction.

You should file the complaint before the delhi police. As the offence took place in delhi by presenting false documents.
