Cheque Bounce issue with my friend and want to take him to the court and want quick decision for the same.
as per provision in Negotiable Instrument Act firstly you have to send legal notice in 30 days after dis honour cheque for acknowledgement and return money within 15 days which is mention in cheque . if cheque sign holder not return money then you have remedy file the matter before judicial magistrate first class as per jurisdiction .

अपने चेक बाउंस की तारीख का उलेख नहीं किया हा 138 का मुकदमा पूरी तरह चेक बाउंस की तारीख के हिसाब से लगता है एक दिन का भी विलंब से मुकदमा खारिज हो जाता है आपको चेक बाउंस के 30 दिन के अंदर 15 दिन का नोटिस देना पड़ेगा अतः फिर 30 दिन के अंदर मुकदमा पेश करना जरूरी है
