13-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have booked a shop when developer was planing to make a construction and he took the 2 years to do the rera registration and he was not able to do it so I cancelled the booking and he gave me a cheque of 6 cheque of total amount of 6 lakhs in return and cheque has been bounse and he not giving me the money what action do I need to take.
you need to immediately initiate a criminal and /or civil proceedings for recovery of the said amount before the court along with a proceeding under RERA. lapse of time will gradually weaken your entire case and you will end up not getting your money
