I want to file writ petition in the high court because police has not registered FIR when I approached to the police station concerned? Can I file writ petition?

Q: Summary Suit after cheque Bouncing Case

I had an filed cheque bouncing case (138 NI Act) against one individual & he has been convicted in the case but he filed appeal against the judgement.Now i want file Summary Suit against him.in the cheque bouncing case I had 1) promissory note signed & executed by him2) Confirmation of Loan & undertaking signed & executed by him3) Bounced cheque ( cheque bounced 2 years ago)My question iswhether I can file Summary Suit against him based on above?What are my chances of winning the suit given the fact that the judge mentioned in judgement that there was legally enforceable debt on the accused?

Q: Cheque bounce due to insufficient fund. And not paying money

I have booked a shop when developer was planing to make a construction and he took the 2 years to do the rera registration and he was not able to do it so I cancelled the booking and he gave me a cheque of 6 cheque of total amount of 6 lakhs in return and cheque has been bounse and he not giving me the money what action do I need to take.

the limitation for filling a cheque bounce case is 30 days from knowledge of dishonor of cheque. a complaint for cheque bounce need be filled within 45 days from knowledge of dishonor.
