Cheque bounce charges 138 but payment made

My cheques are getting bounced and bank sent me notice of 138, but I am paying every month online from other bank. I am not using the ECS bank due to unable to maintain their minimum balance, as it was my salary account and I lost my job couple of months back and also lost my mother. What to do? Please help.

immediately make the written representation before the bank authority. also make a representation before loan department.
you have to state the entire sequence of facts narrating why you can not able to use ECS and then also the fact that the cheques are bounced inspite of the fact that you are paying
