Cheque bounce case of rupees 8 lakhs total expenses i have to do

What is the fees to file cheque bounce case of rupees 8 lakhs and total expenses. The lawer i discussed said 10000 for sending legal notice and 30000 for filing case in session court.
first thing cheque bounce wl not filed in session court. it is filed in mm court.
secondly charges given by the lawyer are also high. I will
gv u proper calculation regarding Court fees and
within how many time yr case can b disposed. your amount is also high 8 lakes so u hv to file it under negotial instrument act. Court order for penalty and this penalty

It is mandatory to send notice of cheque dishonour to the drawer of the cheque with in 30 days of receiving the information of cheque dishonour and the case has to be filed within 45 days from the date of legal notice received by otherside. Court fee for 8 lakh is around 2% .

Two percent of Rupees eight Lakhs will be the court court fee. 5000 will be for sending of legal notice and 20000 for filing of the case in Metropolitan magistrate case cheque cases are to be filed in the lowest court and not sessions court
