file a police complaint for losing the cheque immediately and don't forget to mention the cheque number in the police complaint and keep a copy of that complaint with you . it will help you and the person won't be able to file a cheque bounce case against you.

To address your query: If the lender deposits the blank cheque and it bounces, he may file a case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. However, you can defend yourself if the cheque was not issued in discharge of any legally enforceable debt or if the amount is inflated (in this case, ₹1 lakh). You should file a police complaint or send a legal notice stating that the cheque was blank and was not meant for this amount. Additionally, you can file a civil suit for an injunction to prevent him from presenting the cheque. It is crucial to gather all payment proof and loan-related documents to defend your case.

Approach your banker and mark stop payment of that cheque. File complaint for harassment and abusing. Such huge interest is not allowed. However still he can get dishonours that cheque. Need to defend case then.
