Cheque bounce case not complying with terms of compromise agreement

In a cheque bounce case i m d complainant. A compromise agreement is entered as per direction of magistrate. But d accused has not complied with conditions n he is claiming that he has not received copy of compromise agreement. Will court entertain that plea?

hi to speed up matters,you can send the copy of compromise agreement by email or registered post and submit proof of service to the court. this is the best way forward to speedup. hope this information is useful

Dear sir in your query you have compromised with accused before Magistrate. but the accused is not fulfilled conditions as per agreement document. in this connection you can approach the court and submit about void of compromise condition by accused. in this view you have to approach a good advocate.
