cheque + bank slip that cheque has been bounced+ legally recoverable debt dikhana padega. jhuta affidavit hai to application lagao 340 crpc, apne cheque chori ka diya tha koi complaint pehle. if nai. cheque uske pass aya. presumption. nakli stamp paper court mei prove kardo evidence pe. phir chances hai.
