Cheque bounce case injection order on property

One of my relative given me a cheque for 9 lakhs and it got bounced.when I ask about this money but he not giving me a proper answer then I issued a legal notice but he refused to get the notice and I heard to come he having one property and he trying to sale to others I started to collect the property details and I got it. My question is can I get a injection order on this property by court by producing bounced cheque
It is not an immediate process. After filing the cheque bounce case in the court, if warrant is issued against the accused and he is absconding then his property can be attached. Another option is to file a civil suit for recovery of money along with temporary injunction application and attachment before judgment.

no not possible. injunction order is civil nature. cheque bounce is criminal proceedings. so two cases can not be merged. you have to file money recovery summary suit under civil nature. so it is the procedure.
