Cheque bounce case for the amount of 150000
02-Mar-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I am a travel agent. One of my client had given me an amount of 120000 for a holiday trip... As agent I had tied up with different agent and paid him, unfortunately the trip got cancelled.. And the person whom I had given money is absconding.. My client has collected the 4 blank cheques and bounced two cheques of 120000 each, it's 4 months now and now my client had booked a police officer and telling to clear up right now or will file a FIR of cheque bounce case against me. Can someone tell me the procedure I should follow..
Dear Sir,
Police have no jurisdiction on cheque bounce. If they file cheque bounce case you can drag on the proceedings for about 2 years before Magistrate Court then another 2 years before High Court. Nothing to worry. Contact me immediately and get issue a legal notice so that they cannot file any case against you.

you meet an advocate and explain whole scenerio and stop payment of cheque in bank and latter issue legal notice to that person not to present cheque and file police complaint on it and latter public paper ad on it and if he presents u have rebuttal presumption so doit
