Cheque bounce case filed by the bank sec 138 and civil suit also for
29-Mar-2025 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have taken mudra loan from union bank .But due to financial problem I did not pay the EMI and they present the cheque given as security to bank.Now bank has filed cheque bounce case and civil suit in court.Now if I pay the whole pending amount to bank .After that both case will be stopped or not.

Yes by paying the full amount the bank will withdraw both the cases filed against you and will also give you a noc from the bank and a loan closure letter this will help you to improve you cibil score

If you had paid the cheque amount then there is no liability against you . The case is pending shall be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. kindly contact the bank and instruct them to withdraw the cases
