Hi sir,
My father had problem with cheque bouncing case , due to insufficient fund . how can I get anticipatory bail , he is govt employee is there any problems comes for occupation ? He will goes to retair in few months ...Plz advice

No problem. Your father can very well get along with the case. He will not be arrested if he gets along with the case. It is better to make appearance before the court in the said case and contest it through an advocate.
