Check bounced even after registering NC in police station

A woman job consultant promised for work permit in abroad and they took money of 3.5 lakhs one year back and after asking proof and complained in police station they promised to return the money and gave a post dated cheque but it got bounced due to insufficient funds.
When contacted the consultancy they are telling that they already went to prison for 6 months in Bangalore for a similar case (A1 accused) and they are ready to go to prison again for cheque bounce in Bangalore and they are telling that they don’t have any asset or jewels to pledge or recover by court. when asked one of the employee in that consultancy they are planning to get bankruptcy order from court.
But i heared that she is paying an victim via court on every hearing. I made online transfer to the current account which is locked recently by another victim. How can i proceed with this case, heared about cyber crime possibility to track down her account i have her aadhar and PAN card details. Will this case long
Just ignore their suggestions. Please file cheque bounce case. You will get immediate relief. The law is changed. They have to deposit twent percent of cheque amount. The only creteria is you must file within limitations. No Court fee for filing cheque bounce cases. Try is no offence

firstly , look into some property or wealth which existed in her name or gift she has made intentionally if anything such you can try to attach it , 6 months for cheque dishonour , you file the cheating case, it's upto 7 years so she might arrange amount for you

1. file a FIR with cyber crime police stating the fact.
2. using the adhar id and pan card the cyber crimes has provisions to track all the savings accounts linked with those ids.
3. in case, if cyber crimes dont take up ur complaint then approach court.
