I pay every month Emi and credit card payments for January after that I loss my job and there is no income resources to me. After January I didn't not pay emi and credit card payments, I told every call give me two years time I will close all credit cards and loans.I told to other one I will settlement for credit card payments and loans.

Hi team,i have 50 lakhs loans amd credit cards due….getting daily 100 calls i loosed everything in stock market i want stop calls from collection agents Thanks for your enquiry RBI has strictly prohibited the use of abusive language and or any form of harried in the loan recovery process And you better file Dynamic injunction suit restraining from third party agents like recovery team and you get relaxation from agents

Q: Check bounce and Cheating case

I got a check on 29th Feb 2023, i deposited that Check on 2nd March 2023, and the check bounced, and it's been around 2 months i didn't take any action, is there any possibility to recover the money and I have the check and the bank statement letter
