Is it posible to change complaint content once registered under NCR in police station regarding Cheque bounce case..

ur case is cheque bounce. can't understand why you launched a Complaint before a jurisdiction police. The procedure is that you bounce the cheque imidetely thereafter imidetely send a legal notice within fifteen days.. What is NCR in police report?
