Can I Submit Evidence through a Document

Sir , I have filed case under sec 138 .Before issuing summon to the party court has asked to file evidence document affidavit and Xerox of evidence were verified with original documents & then summon was issued . Now I want to know that , I have one more agreement which is left &I have to submit as evidence document in the court and the matter is on the first stage of hearing . So can I submit the evidence document ? & Will court give Exhibit number for this document ? .
Apply court accordingly that inadvertently the said evidence remained to be submitted. The court may accept it. I don't think that the court will object submitting evidence which remained inadvertently to be submitted since witness is not so far cross examined by the opposite party.
