I am an independent working lady who looks after the son and house single handle and still my husband tortures me. How can I file divorce

torture is one of the grounds for divorce either mental or physical. you need to establish the torture by your husband in court like message and recording of phone calls or eye witness of the incident etc if you have this evidence then you can file the divorce petition in the court. as per me you can divorce also.

just leave it everything about past. send him lovely message on the Same number and try to write love message on his phone and make him bind to take him at his house otherwise go for conjugal rights case in case so he can't have ground for divorce otherwise he is having right of divorce on the ground of dissertation so be fast try to conjugal otherwise your husband has right to divorce

Q: Mutual divorve filed. Marriage was not registered. What's the procedur

We filed for mutual divorve in 22nd july. We have been staying separately since April 2018. No demand for maintenance. What's the procedure for mutual divorce. Our lawyer doesn't give us proper idea about the dates.

If you already filled a mutual divorce then after 6 month your turn for divorce certificate will come if it is not coming then need to enquire in court where you filed case it's not possible after 6 month your number is not coming.

Q: rustication of student by principal

can a principal rusticate a student on receiving recurrent complaints from a group of students against such student to the principal..

yes principal can restigate the students in college on the ground of disciplinary action it may for day week etc but for full time he need rock strong evidence against you otherwise he can't . because there's a appeal procedure against the action of the principal

now a days contract are done through electronic mediam don't worry this case comes under breach of contract so you can make the to complete the contract or you can move compansation case against them. you need to firstly issue legal notice.
