Can case under 138 N.I.A case be filed for recovery of money

I have given some money to one of my friend and he is denying for the payment stated that he is not having the fund. As a security he has given me the cheque which i have banked & not the same got dishonoured, how can i get my money back or i want him to put behind the bar what is the fastest solution

Please appoint an Advocate..

Send legal notice through Advocate.

Once he gets legal notice and he fails to make payment then you can file criminal complaint in court against the accused person.

Once he comes to court then he will make payment.

Complaint under section 138 of NI act is the fastest solution.
Firstly you have to send him statutory notice, if he fails to pay then you can proceed with the complaint.
You can also lodge complaint under section 420 in respect of the said offence

Dear client first send legal notice through lawyer within 30 days from cheque bounce date. If yr friend not pay amount after notice then u have to file cheque bounce case under sec 138 of n i act in court. For any legal help call me
