Can bail be granted under Cheque Bounce case after court's verdict
11-Jan-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
My Father is State government employee he got verdict in district court in his check bounce case stating that 2 lakhs fine and 1 year prisonment how to get bail for that and how to avoid suspension and how to get out of it.
What about lower court judgment ? First convicted court can grant bail I.,e. Suspension of sentence allowed , in your case district first convicted court or not ? Lower court and district court both convicted bail will granted H c only cont advocate.

Yes sir bail can be granted in cheque bounce case you have to file a case in high court for grant of bail then the high court will grand bail to your father we can take that for a long time and then we will finish it
