My 3 cheques has bounced. I defaultee official adress is of Noida and currently i am residing in New delhi. Can i file case in delhi for cheque bounce will it be acceptable?

yes it is acceptable in any of jurisdiction. Noida or Delhi. However the notice has to be given to the party within 15 days of cheque bounce. If you have already given the notice then you will have one month time to file the case under sec 138 NI ACT
