Bounce check and frod company shine city not paying according to plan

I invested 2.5 lakhs INR in Shine city Infra pan... according to the plan they paid to me 12000 INR per month up to 6 month,they paid me last on October 2018 but after that they stopped it.They had given me a check of 2.5 lakhs of Date 28/09/2020 ,means total double they are going to pay me according to plan. But now matter is that, they are saying that they will change the plan and for that they need there check back.And they had not paid me any thing since one year.According to them if I will return the check they will return all my money in. Next 5 months.Suggest me what to do?
in such case you should get a MOU executed between you and the company in which all conditions should be decided
so that if any mishappening take place in future you could claim all the money
for getting MOU drafted legal help should be taken

Firstly, there is a breach of contract in your case, as the so-called company was supposed to send you the cheques regularly and you should send the legal notice to the company. No need to return the cheque back to them.
