Blank cheque drawn as security but deposited in bank and got bounced

There is a cheque bounce case..wheein a blank cheque was given as sureity to an indivisual without any bond or legal documentation i.e there was also no liability bt now the person wrote a ridiculous amount and put the cheque in bank ..now tht person is claiming to put cheque bounce case..wud thr be a warrant issued or jst a legal notice thr was no liability or promise to pay..thencheque was provided as a sureity against a car tht was borrowd to keep for driving purpose bt the person who took cheque conned by writing a 5 lakh value and putting a case ..

You can file a sec.138 of NI Act, please come and discuss briefly and file or send notice immediately without fail for demanding legal debt. Consult for further processing and legal consequences in this case.

You can immediately file a police complaint stating the cheque was stolen by the particular person without your permission.If they send you legal notice you have defend in reply notice citing the facts.Contact me if you recieve legal notice

You need not worry. Even banks are receiving blank cheques as surety/security. You may collect evidence as to when cheque book was issued to you and issuance of subsequent cheque books. You must prove that you have no dealings with that person. All depends upon your lawyer, who has to treat your case as research paper. Best of luck.
