Blackmailing to cheque bounce case asking for extra money with meter i

My brother has taken loan from someone by giving blank cheques now he paid entire loan amount with interest but now he was asking more money if he can't give otherwise he is blackmailing to put cheque bounce case
You have not stated the entire facts cheques bounce case differs from case to case , you have counter the transactions and issuance of cheque if he already filed a case you have represent the case or else you can take some precautionary measures kindly discuss with advocate you will get a proper solution based on your facts

Dear Sir,
You may lodge complaint with Police to get return the security check. Otherwise file a private complaint. In any case there is every danger that the cheque may be bounced for a big amount and cheque bounce case may be filed. To avoid such ugly situation get issue a legal notice and/or do as above.
