maine kisi person se 2 saal pahle 1 lac rs lia tha diary pr agreement me maine ek saal ke liye maine wo ammount de diya but usne meri blank cheque chura kar usme ammount bhar kar bank me laga di aur bounce kara di ab mujhe kya karna chahiye maine cheque ko bank se stop kara chuka hu aur police complaint bhi hai
aapane kisi person ko do sal pahle ek lakh rupaye diya tha diary per agreement bhi hua tha ek sal liya maine vah amount bhi kar diya blank cheque dwara amount bhar ke Laga Diya aur police complaint bhi hai

If he has a cheque signed by you then the presumption is against you that the same has been issued by you. If want to prove something else then you have to prove it. At present you lodged a complaint against him and hence if he will file any case of section 138 N.I. Act the you can take your defence by presenting the complaint.
