Bank filed a case for Cheque Bounce
19-May-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have a flexi loan of 21 L from Bajaj Finance with monthly EMI of 26K. Last year I lost my job due to Covid around Aug/Sep 2020 and could not submit the EMI for 2 months. In Nov Bank deposited the cheque with 21L, that they collected (blank Cheque) at the time of Loan application in Mar2017 and it got bounced. (Bank loan is active and has ending date of Apr2022)
Now they have submitted the case in Dwarka court and I need help with the same as court has issue a Summon for appearance with next date of hearing 2-Jun-2021.
Case ID CNR: DLSW020395752020
Sir, please attend the matter before the Hon'ble Court and submit the reply with your defence and may get relaxation due to circumstances.
Further, please take serious due to case has been filed in section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
