If i file an appeal in high court after losing the case in session court for cheque bounce and if the appeal is dismissed can i refile the appeal in high court

Yes, you can appeal. If you lose an appeal in the Sessions Court for a cheque bounce case (under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act), you can challenge that order in your State's High Court.

Dear Sir If your appeal is dismissed by the High Court you cannot refile the same appeal in the High Court again because criminal courts generally do not have the power to review their own final orders on merits according to Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Once the High Court passes a final judgment or order dismissing your appeal the remedy available to you is to challenge that dismissal order before the Supreme Court of India by filing a Special Leave Petition within the prescribed time limit
