Dear Sir
Your reputation unnecessarily lowered in the Society. You may file criminal defamation case under section 499 and 500 of Indian Penal Code and also file civil defamation case claiming huge amount as compensation. You have get strong legal notice and set both laws set into motion. For further guidance please call me.

You can file appeal against the acquittal order of the lower court. You can question the erroneous order and seek justice by filing appeal through your advocate at high court. It is the better way to try and make accused to get punished
