Hi
In case the case has been filed under section 138, you will need to apply for a formal bail and then submit your written submissions. Considering that it is a false case, you should present your case before the court on the next date of hearing.

You need to hire one advocate immediately and file one police complaint and if you have got the summons from the court then you have to even take your bail … this is a matter of trial …. just by showing the call history will not make any difference …we have to see that what all defenses he has taken under the complaint under section 138 of the negotiable instruments act ..please be in touch thank you

Hi,
Going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to understand whom have you given those cheques at first place and what was their relation with you be with business or personal. Secondly, it depends upon the complaint or the legal notice filed by the Complainant as to what story they have narrated in their complaint/ notice.

It is better to have call or meeting so as to understand the matter and documents.

yes you must use all documents that you have to defend yourself in this case
cheque bounce case is a criminal case and if not defended properly you might land up behind bars and paying a very heavy price
kindly consult an advocate for future course of action
