2 Seperate Clients Cheque Bounce And Payment Due

I am a Interior designer and I have done 2 shops interior work for 2 seperate clients of one brand. The work was done after finalizing the quotation and their views on the quotation via messages and phone. Work was completed in January February. Both shop owners have not completed full payments from then and daily I am in touch with them on messages asking for payment but they are failing to make payments. Both have given 2-2 cheques and cheques are bounced of both clients. One amount of 1,46,500 and second of 2,90,000 respectively. They are not paying their dues and also cheques are bounced even after giving date by them. How should I recover my amount from both clients and what are the charges we can put for late Payement etc. Both cheques bounced on 1 June 2019. I am located in pune. Please provide your kind help.
You have to send legal notice within 30 days from the date of the memo of dishonoured cheque. In spite of legal notice if they are failed to make the payment then you have to file a complaint in court as per the jurisdiction. And for other residuary amount you can also file recovery suit against them.

in this case you have to send legal notice under section 138 of negotiable instruments act as soon as possible.
the prescribed period for serving the statutory notice is thirty days from the date of return memo.
in the said notice demand for entire cheque amount is made failing to which the offence under the negotiable instruments act is occurred and you may proceed to file criminal complaint.
