in a 138 Negotiable Instrument Act case you cannot claim for interest component on the principal amount or recover legal fees. These are far fetched ideas, which I wouldn't encourage you to have. You can file a 138 NI Act case and then quoting that case, you can file a civil suit for recovery of money in a sub court and claim interest component and cost of legal expenses (to an extent).
